This half-day course provides a thorough overview of today’s IT industry. The instructional focus is on technologies, platforms and terminologies of the IT industry with a strong emphasis placed upon the relevance of this knowledge to the technical staffing business, especially as it relates to IT job positions, roles, functions and titles. The session format is a combination of lecture and role-plays designed to develop skills geared toward gaining a thorough understanding of both job descriptions and candidate resumes, including key questions to ask.
